Club Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Leiston Amateur Radio Club will be held on Tuesday 14th November at the Quaker Meeting House, Leiston.
It will be preceded by a short Extraordinary General Meeting to make two minor changes to the club constitution. The proposed changes are:
1. To allow notice of AGM, EGM etc to be distributed by email.
2. To appoint one additional executive officer – a vice-chairman.
The EGM will start at 7:30pm, and will be followed immediately by the AGM, which will follow the usual pattern, with reports from officers and election of the new executive officers and committee.
It is important that the EGM/AGM is attended by as many members as possible, so do please try to come along. The future of the club is in your hands.
